Wellness is essential for enhancing quality of life, reducing stress, and preventing illnesses. Improving your wellness also improves your physical, mental, emotional and social health.
Improving your wellness can mean doing things as drinking more water and taking breaks from screens. Some other methods of improving your overall wellness is doing activities that you love, spending time with those you love, and exercising. You can also meditate, and establish healthy eating habits and a consistent eating routine.
